So she’ll run, we all know that now. And what we probably also know is that she’ll win. She has the balls that Obama (and bless the man, because he is a great man) just didn’t have. On top of that, she’s one of the smartest people on the planet. Oh and then her love for the gays and pizzas at Roberta’s in Bushwick. It’s our Hillary, of course, and this book charts the rise and the rise of Hillary. Kim Ghattas presents "The Secretary: A Journey with Hillary Clinton from Beirut to the Heart of American Power" -- a firsthand insider look at Clinton’s time as Secretary of State.

The word Bengazi comes up, but as we all know, one person is very rarely to blame for anything that happens in politics. We say this as we sit glued to Season 2 of "House of Cards," of course, Frank Underwood fan or not. And so Hillary graciously took herself to the sword and swanned all over it, but really can we hate her for that? Of course not. Not with that fabulous wardrobe, super brain and go-getter attitude that could just change the world. No. And Ghattas shows us her truth of the matter, with a fast-paced and sexy tone.

What Hillary did in 2008, when she agreed to start working for her so called rival Barack Obama, was put on another pantsuit and trek the world repairing the damage that Bush had done for two terms too long. She fixed the cracks, she repainted and redecorated, and suddenly even the Canadians were no longer sporting maple leaves. All the damage that the Bush/Cheney mash did abroad suddenly was fixed by some blonde from Illinois -- all hail!

What is evident in the Ghattas book is that Hillary not only has the ability to respond fast and with an amazing sense of fairness, she does so only after judging and weighing and cognizing every possible scenario. But she strikes fast and she strikes hard. Could anyone argue with that? We have possibly the most important presidential candidate America and the world have ever seen on our hands. The gays certainly will vote for her, and so will the ladies and every single minority.

So we can just wait and smile when she heads back to the White House. Maybe this time Bill can choose the China dinner service?
