If only summer school held as much charm as "Drag U". Everyone would be lining up to have his or her life reexamined, rebooted and totally re-glamorized. With a brand new season of classes in full swing, that can only mean that yes, RuPaul and his staff of "Drag Race" alumni are ready to take on a whole new set of challenges... and they do have their work cut out for them.

The goal of "Drag U" is to give three contestants a hard-earned new lease on life through the wonderful whims of their drag mentors who are charged with turning them into a super star -- even it it kills them! No, really... this isn’t "Survivor," but who would have thought so much went into putting on a wig and fancy make-up!

And though each challenge is designed to help the contestants look a little closer at themselves and work outside of their comfort zone, mentor and mentee work very close together for a winning final result. Who cares if a few eyelashes are split along the way, or that a couple of heels get broken. All that matters is that each contestant makes it through to the final round to graduate Drag U with top honors.

With every new season of "Drag Race" revealing newer and more fanciful personalities, it’s no wonder that RuPaul and Logo have found a new home for the ladies as the faculty staff of "Drag U." With Manila Luzon and Carmen Carrera joining the veteran staff including Jujubee, Ongina and Raven you can bet that the claws will come out. Competition brings out the best -- and worst in drag queens after all.

RuPaul continues the tradition this year of raising the stakes and inviting some major super-stars to sit on as celebrity judges. This season catch cover-model icon Beverly Johnson in episode 1, soon to be followed by funny man Alec Mapa, "Glee’s" "Coach Beiste" Dot Jones, and 80’s it-girl Molly Ringwald. Sitting alongside Ru and show regular Lady Bunny, you can bet they’ll tell it like it is.

Although mostly a guiltless pleasure, full of catty commentary and wild shots of our favorite drag queens in action, "Drag U" at its core has a wonderful message and that is: If you just let yourself look inside, you too will have the power to unleash your inner diva and come out a winner. Be fearless, embrace it, and let love rule!

Tune into the happiest hour on television every Monday night on Logo when "Drag U" Season 2 begins June 20.
