Why Karamo Brown Says Tan France Holds the 'Queer Eye's Fab Five Together

Netflix struck gold by bringing together fashion guru Tan France, alleged food expert Antoni Porowski, interior designer Bobby Berk, culture maven Karamo Brown, and stylist Jonathan Van Ness together as the new "Queer Eye" Fab Five.

But Brown, who recently launched his self-titled talk show "Karamo," says that there is one member who he is closest with out of the group because of their ability to keep the peace, reported Looper.

Appearing on the "Not Skinny but Not Fat" podcast, Brown was asked by host Amanda Hirsch about who he gets along with the most out of the group.

Brown answered Tan France and Bobby Berk for different reasons.

"Bobby, because we're the oldest and we're both from Texas, and so we just have that nature," he said. "Tan, because he's the glue of the Fab Five."

France also works to get all members of the team to agree, after admitting his own stubbornness.

"You have Jonathan on the side who's also stubborn, you have Antoni who's ... very, very mild-mannered," he explained."Tan is the glue. But I like that because it kind of balances with me,"  Brown concluded.

In their own special ways, all the Fab Five are close. But he has a soft spot for Berk.

"So it's weird because I'm close with all of them, but Bobby, I would say, is the closest; we're neighbors," he said. "Our houses are two minutes away. Like, I can see his backyard from my backyard."
